We welcome families at any stage of their search, whether you have an immediate need or are simply beginning to explore your options. There is no obligation, no sales process, and no pressure. Our only goal for a visit is to give you an honest, open picture of who we are and how we care, and to answer every question you bring.

Where We Are

Green Haven sits in the Spring Branch neighborhood of Houston, a quiet, residential area convenient to Memorial, the Heights, and Bellaire. We are approximately 10 minutes from Memorial City Medical Center and 30 minutes from the Texas Medical Center.
Families traveling from across Houston, including the Energy Corridor, West Houston, Katy, Cypress, and the Inner Loop, find us easy to reach. If you need directions or have a question about parking, call us and we will help.

What to Expect on a Visit

A visit to Green Haven is not a formal tour with a prepared presentation. It is a chance to walk through the home, see the spaces your loved one would live in, the bedrooms, the common areas, the recreation room, the library, the outdoor deck, and spend time with the care team.

We encourage families to bring their questions, however basic or detailed they may feel. We are asked everything from 'What do you serve for breakfast?' to 'How do you handle a resident who is resistant to bathing?' and we answer every question with the same honesty. If there is something we do not do well, we will tell you. We would rather you find the right home than the wrong one.

Is Green Haven easy to reach from Memorial City, the Energy Corridor, or the Heights?

Families from Katy, Cypress, and the Inner Loop also find us easy to reach. Call us for directions or parking guidance.

What should I expect when I visit a small assisted living home in Houston?

A visit to Green Haven is a chance to walk through the actual home, meet the care team, see the bedrooms, common areas, recreation room, library, and outdoor deck, and ask every question you have. There is no formal presentation or sales process — just an honest, open conversation about whether this is the right fit for your loved one.

Do I need to be ready to make a decision before scheduling a visit?

Not at all. Families come to us at every stage — some are planning ahead, some are in the middle of a difficult transition, and some are simply gathering information. There is no obligation and no pressure. A visit is simply a chance to see the home and meet the care team on your own terms.

If Your Family Is Not Ready to Visit Yet

That is completely fine. Some families spend weeks or months researching before they are ready to walk through a door, and some reach out in the middle of a crisis and need to move quickly. We are experienced with both.

If you would like to speak with someone on the care team before scheduling a visit, to ask a few questions, understand our current availability, or simply get a sense of who we are, call us at (713) 893-7827. We are happy to talk.
