A Residential Assisted Living Home in Spring Branch, Houston
Our Home
Green Haven is a residential assisted living home in Spring Branch, Houston, designed as a private, home-based senior care setting where residents receive personalized support around the clock. The spaces residents move through every day were chosen and arranged with care, not efficiency — warm, quiet, and residential in every sense. We serve families across Memorial, the Energy Corridor, the Heights, and West Houston. It does not look like a facility, because it is not one. It looks like a home because that is exactly what it is.
As care needs change over time, the environment stays consistent: familiar rooms, familiar faces, familiar rhythms. That continuity is not a small thing. For residents navigating memory changes, mobility shifts, or simply the adjustment of a new chapter in life, the steadiness of a known home is part of the care itself.

Senior Care Common Areas: Where the Day Comes Together at Green Haven
Our common areas are bright, comfortable, and designed for real life, not a lobby. Residents share meals here, take part in activities, watch the news, or simply sit together and talk. Families are always welcome to join in, pull up a chair, and be part of the day. Whether it is a quiet midweek afternoon or a holiday gathering, the common areas at Green Haven feel like the living room they are, because that is exactly what they are.

Private Assisted Living Bedrooms in Our Spring Branch Home
Each resident's bedroom is their own space within our home, private, calm, and set up to feel comfortable and familiar from the first day. Soft furnishings, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches give residents a place to retreat, rest, read, or simply be themselves. Families are welcome to personalize the room with photos, familiar furniture, and the objects that matter most to their loved one.
We offer both private and semi-private rooms, and we work with each resident and their family during the move-in process to make the transition as smooth and unhurried as possible.
The Recreation Room and Library
Our recreation room and library give residents dedicated spaces for the activities they enjoy. Whether that is a card game, a favorite television program, a puzzle, or a quiet hour with a book, there is always a comfortable place to spend time. Activities are chosen in collaboration with residents, not assigned, and they change with the seasons, the interests of the people who live here, and whatever brings a genuine sense of engagement on any given day.
Outdoor Living: A 700-Square-Foot Deck
Our 700-square-foot wooden deck is one of the most-used spaces in the home. Fully accessible, it is a place to enjoy a morning cup of tea, share a meal outside when Houston's weather cooperates, or simply sit together in the open air. Families gather here on visits. Residents use it as part of their daily rhythm. Some of the most ordinary moments, and some of the most memorable, happen out on that deck.
Houston's climate means the outdoor season is long. The deck is a genuine part of daily life at Green Haven, not an afterthought.
A Note on Photos
The images throughout this page show the actual Green Haven home, the real rooms, the real spaces, the real light that comes through the windows on a Tuesday morning. We do not use stock photography, because what you see here is what your loved one will live in. We think that matters.
